The Herban Pharm custom compounds herbal tea blends, liquid extracts (tinctures) and herbal powders for Herbal Practitioners, based on the individualized needs of their clients/patients.  

We are personally here to serve your herbal compounding needs!

Practitioners input and order their custom formulas through our convenient on-line dispensary portal where they can manage and save formulas for each of their clients in one place.  Herbal Practitioners can even opt to share their favorite formulas with other Practitioners within The Herban Pharm Dispensary community while maintaining client confidentially.

Please note: We do not diagnose, treat or make recommendations. 

 Our mission is  to fill your order and ship within 24-48 hours.

   Herbal Practitioners: Please LOG IN to your Practitioner account to submit your custom formula. Orders must be prepaid before they are filled. Patients will receive or can request an invitation from their Practitioner to register for a secure Patient account to view, refill and pay for their order.  Patients must be associated with an active Practitioner account to order refills or make payments.

We carry an extensive offering of high quality bulk herbs, herbal powders and herbal extracts. Our suppliers practice fully documented quality control standards, documenting authenticity and testing methods, and follow FDA's cGMP. 

The herbs we purchase are certified organic or ethically wild crafted. 

Please let us know if our selection does not include an herb that you frequently use and we will explore adding it to our product line.

   Once you have established a Practitioner Account, you can log onto your secure online Herbal Dispensary portal to access the following:

• Add an unlimited number of patients/ clients, 
• Track every item specified for a patient and order it again or easily modify the formula. 
• Every patient can have access to their own account to pay for orders, refill prescriptions (if current refill date) and manage their own account settings. 
• With advanced controls you choose how your dispensary portal interacts with your patient, from turning off patient accounts to managing notifications sent to patients.
• You can pay on behalf of your patient with their authorization. 
• Herbal Practitioners can opt to share favorite formulas with other Practitioners, within The Herban Pharm  community, while maintaining client confidentially.
